Job Position: JAFZA Office Administrator Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a well-reputed chemicals organisation and we are recruiting an experienced Administrator to effectively manage the office administration, HR activities, JAFZA requirements, and premises related activities. The role Liaise with JAFZA regulators to issue permits, passes, visas, labor contracts and trade licenses. Office administration including booking travel and meetings, respond to emails on behalf of the CEO, taking minutes, prepare reports and presentations and follow up on client queries. Supplier negotiation for purchasing office supplies and non-technical products and services. Liaise with maintenance and building contractors to ensure the premises are running smoothly. Manage the HR administration and routine employee matters such as arranging interviews, issuing offer letters, onboarding, absence and joining and leaving formalities. Essential Skills & Experience Required 7 - 10
