Job Position: Account Director, Internal & External Communications Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Support in the development of an internal communications and employee engagement strategy aimed at changing corporate culture Support HR with the necessary communications requirements around the roll out of new policies and initiatives Support in the development of a communication and employee engagement strategy Consistently support Group Communications with strategy development aimed at positioning the brand and reputation Propose innovative tactics and campaigns in line with corporate business objectives Strategic counsel and support for Business Line Directorates as guided by Group Communications prioritization Oversee all content produced (internal, external, multi-channel and communication) Support the digital team with content for ADNOC’s new website. Continuously identifying areas of the ADNOC website requiring updates and work with the Group Communications team to update copy
