Job Position: Legal Counsel (1 Year Fixed Contract) Job Description: Agthia - Abu Dhabi - The Legal Counsel will be responsible to safeguard Agthia's reputation by guaranteeing that the company strictly follows the legal guidelines and give legal advice to management about all relevant issues. He/she will have to ensure legal conformity and minimize probability of exposure. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors of law. Minimum Experience: 5 years' + work experience, law practice or in-house experience. Functional Knowledge: Knowledge of laws, policies and procedure Experience with complex and demanding legal transactions, exposure in a commercial environment to commercial, corporate, intellectual property, product liability, employment, and International trade and competition laws.
