Job Position: SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION, DUBAI Job Description: Dubai - SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL, REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION, DUBAI CLIENT: One of Dubai's largest developers has partnered with us to help them find a new Senior Legal Counsel, to be based in their Dubai head office. ROLE: The work will cover a wide range of construction, real estate and commercial matters, managing risk, and helping push forward new projects. You will work closely with the General Counsel and existing legal team. Example work will be: - Banking documentation for financing projects - JV agreements - Employment matters - Strata law and land sale issues - Retail and residential leasing - Construction arbitrations - Hotel and hospitality issues It is not envisaged that candidates will have distinct experience of covering all of these matters, but a solid understanding of real estate and general commercial work will be essential.
