Job Position: Procurement Specialist - Subject to Contract Award Job Description: Serco - United Arab Emirates - This position is responsible for leading the procurement of facilities management services by working closely with the client, subject matters experts and commercial teams to ensure that all services are ready and available in a timely manner for onsite delivery. Reason for role This role reports to the Portfolio GM Based on the specific requirement of the role Key accountabilities Key Job Responsibilities - Assist in the preparation of tender scopes and commercial requirements for various services lines including: BMS, BIS, Fire Detection, Fire Fighting, Tank Cleaning, Water Sampling, other specialist systems etc - Assist in the preparation for procurement of Parts, Materials and Consumables ensuring that the governance and documentation requirements to meet the needs of Serco and AMMROC are met - Manage a full tender process for FM service lines from tender preparation,
