Job Position: Senior Specialist Job Description: Roads and Transport Authority - Dubai - Job Description Develop all policies and process the research and studies at RTA. Monitor the Research and Development framework at RTA. Monitor all Research and Development initiatives. Develop awareness programs regarding research and studies policies to all RTA employees. Monitor all corporate research projects. Develop national and international collaborations with public entities, private companies, and academic institutions that specialize in research. Monitor the research lab of RTA. Set and manage yearly plan for all initiatives of research. Develop and implement the programs that promote a culture of research at the corporate level. Develop policies and systems relating to innovation for the Authority. Follow up the implementation of corporate research and submit reports and necessary development proposals. Prepare periodic reports on performance indicators and initiatives for research
