The bank is looking to deliver system solutions through new initiatives and provide specialized support to ensure smooth functioning of these solutions. Role Purpose: You will be ensuring quality plans and identification of appropriate and optimal IT solutions for new business avenues. Enable delivery within the set time frame, committed budget and costs. In your role you will be “Running of the Business” by ensuring all services required available as per the agreed service levels. This comprises of timely identification and resolution of incidents through the certified IT Governance model of incident and problem management and timely closure of service requests.
