Job Position: Senior Engineer (Electrical) Job Description: Transguard Workforce Solutions - United Arab Emirates - To manage and develop Integrated Facilities Management Solutions for Engineering (MEP) and Maintenance as part of a TG Proposal to Clients; internally and externally. Responsibilities include but will not be limited to: To develop Technical Proposals for the subject matter areas for Engineering and Maintenance. This includes but not limited to; resources, technology , methodologies in line with international best practice Carry out Facilities Assessment to support the development of engineering solutions for integrating in the overall IFM Solution. To prepare Facilities Assessment Reports for incorporation into the Solution Development Process Work with the incumbent Facilities Manager and or client to fulfil service requirements within scope Develop and maintain necessary SOPs and templates to support continuous development of IFS.
