Job Position: Associate Director – Learning Solutions Manager Job Description: Moody's - Dubai - The Associate Director, Learning Solutions Manager's key role is to assist with and occasionally lead end to end solution management for training programs within the PT business. The position may require some overseas travel. Specific responsibilities Solution management for the development and implementation of training solutions Collaborate with sales team to provide consultative input into sales pitches, with a view to implementing solutions Lead end to end training programs by working with clients and trainers to identify appropriate curriculum; assist with scheduling of training programs, monitor and respond to client feedback Provide regular reporting to Senior Management team on program progress Provide reporting to clients on program progress where required Collaborate with resourcing team within the Professional Training business to ensure adequate and appropriate resour
