Job Position: Manager Frontline Training Operations Job Description: Etisalat - United Arab Emirates - Principal Functions (Major Areas of Responsibility): End-to-end management of the training lifecycle of the assigned LOBs, which includes leading & managing the trainers + training delivery + training content _ methodology +governing SLAs, enhance efficiency & contribute to improve the process constantly & adhere to training guidelines Department Description Detailed Description Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Manage & evaluate all training course content and plans & ensure 100% effectiveness in knowledge transfer end to end in optimum time 2. Develop training content/ methodology in pace with the changing technology/ process & customer expectations 3. Groom & develop all trainers & conduct regular class audits & feedback sessions 4.
