Job Position: Head of Retail Credit & Collections Job Description: McGregor Boyall - Abu Dhabi - You will design the retail credit strategy and manage acceptable levels of retail credit losses, ensuring credit management is aligned with overall risk strategy of the bank. Manage and be responsible for the effectiveness of credit operations and credit process. Make changes if required to credit policies & procedures ensuring they are documented, communicated and implemented. Ensure a high-quality service to customers whilst mitigating losses and ensure the team have a positive customer experience mentality whilst going about their collection work. Risk & Control – manage an effective portfolio by close monitoring and implementation of early warning alarms. Develop and implement effective risk management tools to improve credit decisioning.
