Job Position: Legal Consultant Job in Dubai Job Description: Dubai - LEGAL CONSULTANT Prepare and draft legal documents, such as wills, deeds, MOU, MOA, patent applications, mortgages, leases, and contracts. Prepares the legal cases and ensures that they are being submitted to the relevant authorities. Drafting technically correct opinions and reviewing the reports. Provides assistance in providing legal solutions to the problems that have cropped up and ensures that it is in compliance with the current laws. Responsible for maintaining all the legal records and reviews the work done by the subordinate staff members as well. SKILLS: Should have the ability to analyze legal disputes, issues, etc. Should have strong communication skills and should be able to work independently.
