Job Position: UAE NATIONAL - Assistant Manager - Development Controls Job Description: I-Expatriate - Dubai - Under the direction of the Head of Development Controls and Planning approvals, assist the development Control Manager to monitor the site visits, NCRs, violations and follow up on the action until completion. Monitor team performance conducting site visits to all plots and issue SVR for each plot showing the progress, status & observations (if any) until NCC is obtained. Monitor and ensure monthly/quarter/occasional Reports for TPD site progress & status are issued in time Monitor and follow up Non Compliance Report (NCR) to the TPD contractor for remedy of non-conforming matters. Liaise with Trakhees and carryout joint inspections for violations, if necessary, until the remedy action as per the violation scheme.
