Job Position: Pathologist (Multiple Positions in all Emirates) Job Description: Dubai - Job Scope: Supervise the technical performance of the technicians/ technologists in performing various medical lab tests to obtain data for use by physician in the diagnosis. And responsible for the delivery of the highest quality of clinical pathology (medical laboratory services) Responsibilities: Advises and coordinates with physicians to reach the optimal benefit from results of laboratory test in coordination with the Head of Department Supervise the technical procedures with the head of department. Reaches all conclusive decisions in collaboration with the head of department Educates and trains staff members on new tests and techniques Reports to Department Head the operational and disciplinary matters if needed Follows policies and procedure for infection control and facility safety in accordance to hospital guidelines Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein Sk
