Job Position: Head, Legal - Financial Markets, AME Job Description: Standard Chartered Bank - Dubai - Support and implement the vision, strategy, direction and leadership for the Financial Markets (FM) Legal teams under the direction of Head, Legal, Financial Markets within Middle East & Africa (the "Region") with overall responsibility for ensuring that technical quality and effectiveness of legal support is consistent with global standards. Support the priorities and agenda for conventional FM in the Region as agreed with Regional Head, Financial Markets, AME Support the priorities and agenda for Islamic Banking & Finance, as it pertains to its Financial Markets strategy, as agreed with the Regional Head of Financial Markets, AME and CEO Islamic Banking & Finance Support the strategic intent and priorities of the Legal function and the SC Group, including by close liaison and mutual support from and with other parts of the Legal function, relevant businesses
