Job Position: Senior Manager - ERM and Risk Governance Job Description: Barclay Simpson - Abu Dhabi - Barclay Simpson are currently working with a leading regional bank to recruit a senior manager for their Enterprise Risk and Governance area. Candidates applying must have solid banking experience ideally within the UAE. Main responsibilities: Manage the development and implementation of ERM policies, framework and processes for the bank Conduct and lead business workshops for risk identification, risk assessment, risk measurement and consolidation and risk control activities along with ensuring compliance with Central Bank Basel guidelines Assessment and reporting of the banks risk exposure to various risks and provide information and guidance to departments to develop procedures/policies in order to manage risk Implement controls and to minimize potential losses, support in the Bank returns process, preparation of capital calculation results, capital plan and risk management frame
