Job Requirement This position is responsible for administering physical therapy treatments to patients and recording progress of the patient. Skills PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Reviews patient's evaluation and therapy plan of care and administers treatment Provides treatment to patient, utilizes skilled techniques and continually adapts treatment to patient's immediate condition Educations patients and their families about the patient's functional status, appropriate preventive and therapeutic exercises and modalities for post-discharge care Documents required and pertinent information in patient's medical record Communicates the need for a co-signature to the physical therapist Completes required department forms Participates in the multi-disciplinary management of patients Participates in
