Job Position: Senior Project Control & Cost Engineer Job Description: Dubai - Senior Project Control & Cost Engineer with significant experience in architecturally challenging buildings to lead the project planning, scheduling and costing activities. This is a combined Project Control & Cost position based off-site. Excellent experience in delay analysis and evaluating contractor's EOT as well as PQS. Ability to work under minimal supervision and with guidance in only the most difficult situations. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in project control, planning and cost management be an experienced user of project management software (Primavera / MS Project) and PQS software (e.g. Primavera Contract Management) together with excellent analytical and report writing skills.
