Job Position: Managing Director, Internal Communications, Strategy & Issues Management Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Support in the development of a change management communications strategy Support in the development of an internal communications and employee engagement strategy aimed at changing corporate culture Support HR with the necessary communications requirements around the roll out of new policies and initiatives Support in the development of a communication and employee engagement strategy Support in the development of a holistic communications plan around the roll out of a monolithic brand strategy (An ADNOC branded house) Senior counsel on potential evolving issues Consistently support Group Communications with strategy development aimed at positioning the brand and reputation Propose innovative tactics and campaigns in line with corporate business objectives Strategic counsel and support for Business Line Directorates as guided by Group Communications prioritization
