Job Position: Maintenance Engineer, Supervisor Job Description: Albonian International - United Arab Emirates - 1. Create the preventive maintenance plan of the facilities under them in collaboration with the senior maintenance engineer. 2. Allocates tasks and manages personnel to manage facilities under him. 3. Ensures teams under him have defined daily programs. 4. Maintains hotline open 24hrs a day and assigns personnel in case of emergencies. 5. Attends emergency calls from facilities personally. 6. Personally supervises major overhauling or major repair works. 7. Verifies maintenance reports and logs before transmitting them to the maintenance document controller identifying invoice able items at the end of each day. 8. Verifies and approves material requests from the teams. 9. Verifies the capabilities of the individual teams in carrying out works. 10.
