Job Position: Pre-Contracts Quantity Surveyor Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a well-established holding organisation with a diverse portfolio of businesses including trading and construction and we are recruiting an experienced client facing pre-contracts MEP Manager with experience in mixed use high rise commercial, residential and industrial projects from a general contracting construction and MEP organisation to join their team in Dubai. The role will focus on managing initial and pre-contract client and consultants meeting to project management handover. The Role Review tender documents related to instructions, conditions, specifications and drawings and prepare contract documentation. Manage the client brief at pre-contract state, assist in design development, estimation, Bill of Quantity, technical evaluation, prepare tender documentation and ensure the contract agreement is finalized prior to hand over for construction.
