Job Position: IT Admin Support Job Description: Marcom Comprehensive Arabia JLT - Dubai - Implements, installs, configures, monitors, troubleshoots, and evaluates existing and new Microsoft Windows server operating systems. Responsible for integration of user workstations, including MAC workstations, with Microsoft Windows server operating systems and Active Directory. Good knowledge in Activity Directory, DHCP,DNS & especially in Exchange server Good knowledge in Server and PC operating systems - such as Windows 2008 and 2012, PC operating systems such as Windows 7, 8 & 10 Strong working knowledge of monitoring and tuning systems to achieve optimum performance levels. Strong working knowledge of configuring and maintaining VMware and virtual environments. Working knowledge of Symantec Backup Exec and Enterprise Antivirus. Good Knowledge in MS CRM 2015. Perform system backups and recovery. Manage security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and CCT
