Job Position: Tinting Operator Job Description: Dawaam - Dubai - Company: A leading Paint Manufacturing company in UAE. Job Purpose: Support the Production/CSD department by making the colours as per given colour formulation, maintaining quality standard of defined colour and colorants in order to supply tinted FGs in time. Job Results: Complete Planning & programming for Factory & MC Tinting. Create colour formulations for Factory & MC Tinting as per the requirement. Complete documentation like updating colour formulations in Oracle, Back Flushing, Daily tinting report. Ensure compliance with HSE, QMS & ISOS standards along with regulations related to colour matching. Co-ordinate with Production/Planning, CSD, WH & QC Lab for the related issues respectively. Standardization of tinting recipes to make sure that most of the shades are achieved with one correction only. Calibration of all the colour computers & Training to the new penguins in Col Lab.
