Job Position: VP, Area Manager, liabilities Job Description: First Abu Dhabi Bank FAB - Abu Dhabi - PURPOSE OF JOB To manage a team responsible for Liabilities products along with the responsibility of growing the liability book thus ensuring achievement of agreed objectives of growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. Additionally manage a team of RM's to look after servicing, cross selling and up selling. TASK 1- Sales /Revenue : Employ a Business revenue generation approach to target New to Bank clients and cross sell to existing client base. Accomplish revenue objectives for all products as per the set business plan/KPI Enhance customer satisfaction by providing quality services by responding to customer requests in a timely manner & reducing the turnaround time for processing the business requirements. High focus on growing the liability book. Enhancing transactions on the liability book by serving all queries raised by the client. Will ensure maximum activation
