Key Responsibilities Ensures all actions taken by AD SO LOC are appropriate and legal, and bring attention to relevant issues. Provides legal advice to senior internal stakeholders. Manages relationships with retained external counsel and manages legal risks. Reviews AD SO LOC tender documents' and contracts' terms and conditions, providing legal advice to Procurement team. Ensures all actions taken by AD SO LOC are appropriate and legal, and bring attention to relevant issues. Handles all legal affairs and quickly acts upon any legal challenges.
