Job Position: TPA Operations Manager Job Description: MetLife - Dubai - This department will be responsible for managing the authorized third-party administrator (TPA) which is an organization responsible to “administer" other services outsourced by MetLife. Since the TPA is performing a task traditionally handled by MetLife, it’s key that the department be responsible to drive desired results through TPA. THE ROLE: The role holder is responsible for driving proactive management, monitoring and overseeing performance standards of our end to end Third Party Administrators including Claims Service Providers. This includes developing strong working relationships with our core TPAs and identifying opportunities to improve service delivery, control claims cost and expense whilst ensuring delivery of contractual, legislative and regulatory requirements across the Gulf Region.
