Job Position: Head of Client Services
Job Description: National Bank of Abu Dhabi - Abu Dhabi - Develop and articulate the overall Client Services strategy; and direct the effective implementation of the approved strategy along with the relevant business plans Charting the road map for the Client Services model across UAE and International locations to ensure synergy, an optimal operating model and client satisfaction Engender a culture of service within the unit through monitoring staff productivity as well as recognising and rewarding staff in order to promote a timely quality service and client satisfaction across day to day activities. Be the last level of escalation point for the resolution of client related issues ensuring the delivery of quality and timely services to clients Oversee continuous service improvement through embracing newer technologies such as CRM and workflows, as well as ensuring the team's learning and development needs are catered to in order to ensure team development and enhance client satisfaction levels Oversee continuous service improvemen... - Permanent - Full-time
