Job Position: Regional Head Internal Communications, AME
Job Description: Standard Chartered Bank - Dubai - Manage and coordinate all the internal communications activities for Region Responsible for regional consistency of internal communications Work closely with Group, and Business Corprate Affairs (CA) teams to ensure consistency, clarity and transparency of internal communications activities across the region. Build profile of business and management team internally within the country, with a focus on ensuring employees at all levels have a clear understanding of strategy, business capabilities and achievements, thought leadership, management expertise, and community initiatives. Work closely with the management group and Group functions in the region to ensure that all employees understand the culture and values of the Bank within the geographical remit. Work closely with Group and Regional internal communications to ensure global and regional consistency of internal comms deliverables.
