Job Position: sales executive
Job Description: Al Mazmi trading - Sharjah - Required sales executive for a building materials shop. candidate should have previous working experience in same field Maintain high level of customer service, provide value added services and coordinate with team member. Creating sales of the product and Update sales order in the AX. Selling the product quickly and efficiently. Make comparisons with rival products and see how the product can be improved. Takes ownership and follows through customer requests. Honest and sincere in dealing with customer and colleagues. Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times. Attend calls and customers and to them with proper etiquette and professionalism. Taking stock of all the material in the store and register in the AX. Handling customer complaints and come up with solution. Skills Communication skills, must be fluent in Hindi & English.
