Job Position: Sr. Associate / Associate - Corporate Development & Investments
Job Description: Dubai - Sean Kavanagh Plays a key role in the overall investment process, identifies investment opportunities, develops strategies to enhance value, and leads the key analytical and modeling efforts central to the investment and portfolio management process. Will be part of a team of seasoned investment professionals and shall work closely with Senior Management in executing the corporate development and investment strategy. Essential Fuctions Investment Strategy Evaluates potential investment opportunities using a range of strategic, financial and operational tools. Presents findings to various decision-making committees (Investment Committee and Board). Participates in the investment process from inception to closure, including active involvement in all aspects of the transaction. Conducts financial data analysis and develops sophisticated financial models in order to assist in critical financial decisions.
