Job Description: United Arab Emirates - Health & Safety Manager RAIL Dubai Purpose of Role/ Job Summary: The purpose of this role is to provide high quality advice, guidance and coaching to members of the Senior Management Team, Project Managers/Directors and to lead a team of Health & Safety Practitioners. The position plays the key role in establishing and maintaining the highest Health and Safety standards for European Contractor and achieving an Injury Free Environment within the rail sector. The role involves the managing of several direct reporting staff. Main Duties and Responsibilities: -Advise, guide and coach members of the Senior Management Team and Project Managers/Directors -Monitor and report on the Performance of the company against the requirements of relevant legislation -Liaise with and assist all Directors and Managers in achieving an Injury Free Environment -Liaison with trade contractors, designers, suppliers, client, enforcement agencies and other relevant parties -Ensuring that accident... - Permanent - Full-time
