Job Description: Dubai - Perform Business Analysis for the different business modules within the group Valuation of Assets for real estate, retail, manufacturing & food & beverages industries. Prepare Capital Structure Analysis. Prepare company's business and strategic plans Prepare case studies for new projects/investments as and when required Prepare feasibility studies including market researches & financials. Building financial models using historical data and providing forecasts based on various industry-related operating metrics. Skills Open to any Nationality Male/Female, 23-27 years old At least 5 years of experience in the same role At least 2 years of work experience from Big 4 or insurance companies or in commercial banking Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Econometrics, or Mathematics Superior Excel Skills Background in revenue forecasting With extensive experience in working with Financial Statement Modelling and Valuation Analysis Must have an Advanced Proficiency skills i... - Permanent - Full-time
