Job Position: Quantity Surveyor
Job Description: Dubai - We require a Quantity Surveyor with the following qualifications: - Degree in QS or Civil Engg or Equivalent from recognized University - Member of Professional Institution like RICS, AIQS - If you are not an MAIQS/MRICS, you need to have 20 years minimum Experience to be considered. - Minimum 8 years Experience in UAE, 5 yrs after obtaining Membership - Excellent knowledge in DM Conditions of Contract, FIDIC, POMI, CESMM, DM Tender Documents - Experienced in BOQ preparation, Cost Estimates, Claim Evaluation, Negotiation, Contractual Correspondence - Experience in Pre & Post Contract stages Skills Quantity Surveying FIDIC POMI CESMM DM Conditions of Contract Pre Contract QS Post Contract QS Education Quantity Survey/ Civil Engg Job Details Job Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Company Industry: Construction Company Type: Employer (Private Sector) Job Role: Construction and Building Employment Type: Full Time Employee Monthly Salary Range: Unspeci... - Permanent - Full-time
