Job Position: Director of Marketing and Sales
Job Description: Dubai - This role oversees and directs all aspects of the hotels Marketing & Sales activities including rooms, restaurants and bars. Responsibilities include the development of launch strategies and marketing plans, across digital, PR, content development, channels and social ; oversee and assist with the execution of the operating sales and marketing plan and S&M expenses management ; management of the sales and marketing team and reporting on effectiveness of the plan. Responsibilities also require direct and routine interaction with IHG's Regional Sales and Marketing office. This role is predominantly marketing driven, so the ideal candidate would come from a marketing background with the ability to develop and execute winning commercial strategies Individual must be friendly, enjoy learning new things and working in a team environment. Must be flexible, willing to work smart, get along well with others and have the passion to go the extra mile to surprise and delight our guests. ... - Permanent - Full-time
