Job Position: ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT and OPERATIONS OFFICER
Job Description: Service Market - Dubai - ServiceMarket works with over 300 home services companies in the UAE, Our Account Management and Operations Officers ensure that ServiceMarket's partners are performing well, delivering a great service to our customers, and are satisfied, thus ensuring that they are retained for the long-term and they grow their business with ServiceMarket. Responsibilities include: Building relationships with approx 40 accounts, getting to know them and their decision makers well Pulling weekly and monthly reports on their performance (jobs, ratings, operations) and understanding how well they are working with ServiceMarket Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with the partners to ensure that they grow the business with us and are retained for the long term Identifying initiatives that can help us improve the way we work with our partners; and implementing these initiatives Achieving Service Market's Partner Performance Targets and KPIs (number of jobs delivered, customer rating, ...etc) ... - Permanent - Full-time
