Job Description: Dubai - Client Profile Our client is a leading healthcare organization and we are recruiting an experienced Strategy Manager from the healthcare or pharmaceuticals industry to join their UAE operations with a remit of covering the MENA region. The Role Develop, implement and manage organizational performance and processes audits and improvement initiatives including dashboard metrics and balanced scorecards in line with the corporate vision. Conduct market and consumer research, SWOT analysis, industry policies and best practices analysis and implement programs to strengthen the organization's market presence. Essential Skills & Experience Required 10 – 12 years' experience in business process audits, internal controls and improvements, developing performance metrics and balanced scorecards, research and analysis and project management with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry or consulting with a top tier consulting firm in th... - Permanent - Full-time
