Job Description: Raytheon - Abu Dhabi - Business Missile Systems Job Description General Description: The Offset Ventures Director in REL invests in and develops greenfield/brownfield technology-based growth platforms based primarily on Raytheon's core capabilities. The Director is responsible for REL Offset venture efforts and works closely with Technology and Business leaders within REL and the enterprise to evolve strategy for Offset fulfillment and related investment. The team works with numerous internal and external stakeholders to identify transformative businesses and technology opportunities that would qualify for Offset investment. Post investing, the team seeks to leverage the strategic value of the portfolio company to further Raytheon's growth and Offset fulfillment strategy.
