Job Position: Manager BFE Logistics & Invoicing
Job Description: Etihad Airways - Abu Dhabi - Etihad Airways Fleet Planning department are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join their team at Managerial level. As Manager BFE Logistics & Invoicing you will add value by coordinating and executing high complexity BFE logistics and invoicing activities and addressing non-standard tasks according to Etihad's established policies and procedures. This role includes a special focus on Freight Contracts and Budget Management delivering cost saving and ensuring that Etihad's delivery requirements are met in the most efficient manner. This is a vital role for cost optimization, vendors' relationship management and on-time delivery of BFE equipment/aircraft. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and report on overall BFE Logistics activities dealing with BFE Vendors, Freight Forwarders, Clearing Agents, Aircraft OEM's and any other third-party suppliers.
