Job Position: Senior Infrastructure Project Manager – Villa Development
Job Description: Abu Dhabi - Working in a Programme Management Consultancy capacity and as a technical advisor to the client, you will assist in defining the Project Execution Plan, Procurement Strategies and Project Delivery Strategies and will help produce, review and implement employer requirements. You will be responsible for managing the initial engagement of consultants and contractors, from challenging the design to ensuring that the Client receives the best product for the best value through to managing the coordination of works. You will also be responsible for Leading technical solutions on projects. Validating the design and construction schedules. Contributing to Value Management and Value Engineering Processes. Ensuring that effective strategies for statutory approvals are being implemented. Ensuring the right resources are utilised effectively at the right time across project teams.
