Job Description: Al Tayer Group - Dubai - Job Description Job Title Assistant Finance Manager Description Responsibilities: Participate in the development ofthe Finance strategy for the company, ensuring that the strategy isin line with the Group's overall strategicdirection. Monitor thecompany's budget and control expenses of the function,ensuring it stays within its operating budget. Ensure timely preparation of thefinancial budget & Business Plan in coordination with GroupCorporate Finance. Prepare analysis and commercial trends for the managementto assist them in making better commercial decisions. Ensure timely preparation of thefinancial budget and forecasts for ATRE/ Senyar/ and other realestate operational entities in line with ATG requirements, workingin coordination with Group Corporate Finance. Ensure that Budgets and Forecast are up-loadedinto Hyperion within the deadlines.
