Job Position: Finance Manager
Job Description: Dubai - Manage & Supervise the Accounting/Finance team of 3-4 accountants Manage Treasury function which includes the following: - Managing bank accounts - Managing cash disbursements and receipts - Managing payment vouchers and payment process for Afrina Group companies which includes ensuring the following: Payables Aging Schedule is properly monitored and all suppliers are paid on time; Supporting documents (i.e. LPO as applicable, approvals, etc.) are intact; Invoices have been properly posted before processing for payment; and Invoices are properly approved and verified as per Afrina Group approval matrix. Managing cash books including but not limited to: - Preparation of monthly cash book summary - Preparation of actual cash book balances schedule to be used in preparing the weekly Cash Flow Forecast for the group. Preparing bank reconciliations Managing the communication (mobile phone + Landline) expenses Managing & maintaining depreciation schedules Managing Petty Cash pro... - Permanent - Full-time
