Job Position: Manager DTC Excellence - EM/GCC Job Description: adidas - Dubai - Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organisation: This role is responsible for maximising the profitability of the DTC Sales organization by managing projects to decrease complexity, increase productivity and ensure corporate compliance at field level for all stores in all Emerging markets Clusters. Key Responsibilities: Independently take ownership of assigned project work to ensure the delivery of project plans on time and within agreed objectives. Support the Sr. DTC Excellence Manager to deliver on large scale strategic projects. Complete pre-project analysis, capturing current processes and practices across Clusters and seek existing out best in class resources from Global and other markets. Build comprehensive project plans for each project including success measures from all stakeholders, commercial implications and timelines. Track progress of on going initiatives.
