Job Position: Business Solutions Analyst
Job Description: adidas Group - Dubai - Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Assist and support the EM Central IT organization with profound process and technical knowledge within the boundaries of time, cost & quality while focusing on the customers' expectations and requirements. Key Responsibilities: Business Solution Management Smart Service Desk (SSD) Management First Contact (SPOC) for the Business Key users to resolve application issues in a timely and cost-effective manner "Gatekeeper" of valid support request (system issues / incidents) vs. user handling / training issues Responsible for content quality (defined "Quality Check") of support tickets Monitoring batch jobs and interfaces with 3rd party applications (including housekeeping activities) Support the respective IT department in executing operations and maintain KSR and responsible for meeting agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the business Work on operational excellence including creation and maintenance of standard oper... - Permanent - Full-time
