Job Position: Lead - Corporate Credit
Job Description: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Abu Dhabi - ACCOUNTABILITIES Credit Risk Evaluation Provide an 'all in' risk assessment in accordance with ADCB (Uniform Credit Culture) principles for a designated portfolio and recommend/approve/rework and/or reject depending on DLA of a credit proposal based on the merits of the case to ensure a sound loan portfolio loan quality; minimise loan loses and maximise return on investment Credit Assessment Quality Ensure credit assessments and new assets booked maintain or improve the average rating of the portfolio and risk adjusted return on capital (RAROC) to maintain quality of the bank's assets Portfolio Management and Control Monitor and manage assigned portfolio to ensure average credit rating/RAROC does not deteriorate Capital Implications and Risk Weighted Assets Review the categorisation of capital implications in risk assessment notes associated with each type of asset class to ensure capital adequacy is accurately calculated Legal Risk Review proposals to ensure these a... - Permanent - Full-time
