Job Position: Compliance Monitoring Manager
Job Description: Aston Carter - Dubai - My client, a major banking group in the UAE are currently looking for a Compliance Monitoring Manager, the job holder will report directly to the Head of Compliance for the group. The job holder is responsible for implementing and managing the Compliance Monitoring framework across the organisation. The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and delivery of a risk based Compliance Monitoring Programme that is clearly focused on policy requirements, to include thematic reviews around emerging risks, regulatory change and other regulatory targeted areas of focus. The role covers monitoring of all subsidiaries, branches and business units across the organisation. My client is a very reputable banking group within the UAE and the role is a new one which has been created to ensure the group adheres to local regulations, specifically Central Bank UAE laws and regulations; as such, this position holds great prospect for growth with a view to set up a team, ... - Permanent - Full-time
