Formally established by the Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation (ENEC) in 2016 and mandated to operate and maintain the Barakah Nuclear Energy Plant, Nawah is a multinational, multicultural and Emirati-led company. Nawah's focus is on nuclear energy plant operations and our mission is to safely and reliably generate electricity from nuclear energy to advance the UAE's growth, development and quality of life for generations to come.
