Job Description: Madison Pearl - Abu Dhabi - Key Responsibilities: Contribute financial and accounting information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction, establishing functional objectives in line with organisational objectives Lead the development and implementation and continuous improvement of robust financial policies and processes Assist the Board on all strategic and tactical matters in regards to budget management, cost benefit analysis and forecasting needs Provide visible leadership to all the finance functions and across the organisation to key stakeholders Accountable for financial reporting, managing financial risks and remaining compliant with local and international financial regulations and reporting standards Oversee the transactional finance accounting processes including Payables, Receivables and Fixed Assets accounting Provide key input to the elaboration of the company's strategy, and ensure proper implementation and planning Lead finance responsibility and proficiently, pr... - Permanent - Full-time
