Job Description: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Abu Dhabi - ACCOUNTABILITIES Portfolio Curing and Loss Containment Ensure the team delivers the credit loss numbers within the provision budgets both in terms of gross and net of recoveries and portfolio delinquency in order to maintain acceptable levels of risk for Retail and SME banking and ADCP Collection Infrastructure Provide directions on building and deploying a robust collection infrastructure that includes collections system, analytical and risk scoring applications for optimum allocation, well defined processes for all underlying collection tools, agency management and review mechanism, litigation process and arrangements, asset repossession, storage, maintenance and liquidation and effective real time collection productivity and performance review mechanism to ensure an efficient delivery of collections effort in managing the delinquent portfolio in line with the required standards Strategy and Plans In conjunction with, and as required by the Chief Officer of the Group, contr... - Permanent - Full-time
