Job Description: Sharjah - Our client is a renowned name in the FMCG industry who offers a rewarding career is looking to hire seasoned sales professionals who will join them as a National Sales Manager. As the National Sales Manager it will be your responsibility to own the sales strategy, execute distribution plans and find new routes to market. The successful candidate will transition in to taking full control of the UAE commercial business. You will set out and drive the sales targets and strategy for the business, overseeing the current business but looking at areas of growth as well as getting the team to drive for better results and stretch the targets set out in front of them. They will guide this group of people with setting out the vision and strategy and very much leading from the front in terms of sales, operational and executional excellence.
