Job Description: Dubai - Due to continued growth, the Property Sector is looking to recruit a Project Manager to be based in Dubai to work on a number of projects in the UAE. The Project Leader has the authority of the day to day running of a project on behalf of the Director in Charge within the agreed constraints. Responsibilities Core Accountabilities Fully accountable to the Director in Charge for the delivery of the project in line with the agreed constraints set out in an approved PMP Monthly reporting on the project's performance Identify and manage dependencies Comply with the Atkins BMS and project management framework Generate project specific PMP Generate project specific Change Log Change Control Front of house, client facing management and negotiation Governance Responsible for ensuring compliance with Atkins BMS and Governance Framework Project Planning Production of Project Management Plan Facilitating appointment of individuals to Project Teams Creation of dependency maps E... - Permanent - Full-time
